I imagine most of the things this bill mentions are already illegal, and I wonder how this might affect medical marijuana. I'm not convinced we need this law and the predetermined sentences ties the hands of judges. Legislative branch needs to keep its fingers out of the judicial branch. there's a reason they are separate.
