American Family Rights Association strongly opposes H.R. 2883/S 1542 because it is part of the enabling legislation for the HUGE, out-of-control Organized Crime Ring known as “CPS”.
If you are looking for a place to CUT SPENDING and CUT FRAUD, CPS is the place to cut. Depending on how much downstream damage you want to include in COST, CPS accounts for between $300 Billion to possibly One Trillion dollars a year or more.
Make child abuse a CRIME. Quit calling it a Civil affair. Move the prosecutions to Criminal Court and out of the unconstitutional Family Courts of NO Due Process.
