Health care is a public good. If everyone is covered than infections have a smaller host population to mutate in which improves everyone's health and brings the overall cost to society for health care down through herd immunity. We need to allow access to health care to every person. To have more people sick brings up everyone's costs when people go to the Emergency Room for a cure that could have been a hundred times cheaper a month before. We need to affirm the "Right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" which this bill economically and biologically doesn't.

Thank you for protecting the first amendment article 3 rights of those who do not follow mainstream media, such as my Amish friends as well as many MILLIONS of others who follow a religion that believes medical care is doubting God. To force medical insurance on them would be the same as blasphemy to them, a doubt of God 's will and intentions for them. Being our country wasn't found by the pursuit of medical benefits but for religious freedom and amendment 1 article 3. Says congress may not prohibit worship then I'm sure the right thing will be done especially since these religions live peacefully hurting no one and asking for nothing but the right to live and worship in peace.
