Before we make assumptions I think it's important to find out the qualifications however ambiguous the may be for a "suspected" terrorist. Instead of being reactive and assuming the AG will take everyones weapons at is whim, I would hope it's fair to say that history has shown Due process is subverted only when a viable enough threat is determined. Unfortunately it is a slippery slope but I am willing to bet if you attract the attention of the AG probable cause, or more, exists.

This bill would allow an appointed executive branch official to bypass the due process clause by simply declaring a citizen a "suspected" terrorist. It would allow for the unilateral denial of a constitutional right based on the opinion of an appointed official.
Do we really want appointed officials deciding who gets to exercise which rights?
