Last year in the 111th Congress, one Bill for Federal Recognition of Virginia Tribes passed the House of Representatives, the other was approved by the Senate Committee, but was not brought before the full Senate for consideration. I hope this year in the 112th Congress that the S.379 Bill will be brought before the full Congress for consideration, become approved in the Senate, and that H.R. 783 passes in the House of Representatives.
