• On March 15, 2011, by EvelynB - This is the most concerning part of bill:"To amend the Clean Air Act to prohibit the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency from promulgating any regulation concerning, taking action relating to, or taking into consideration the emission of a greenhouse gas to address climate change, and for other purposes." Specifically PROHIBIT... PROMULGATING...,which means: "1) To make known(i.e. a decree) by public declaration, announce officially. 2)To put (a law) into effect by formal public announcement." The EPA does not make law, they are only suppose to be administrators. What are they trying to keep from the public? The second question Water Vapor as a greenhouse gas. Does that include clouds? Water Vapor really?
