While this won't solve the problem, it is certainly a common sense step in the right direction.
The bill essentially says, declaring schools as Gun Free Zones has been a deadly failure and only send a message to all the mass killers, that schools are the best place to go. The bill seeks to end the stupid failure of a policy.
