    • On July 12, 2009, by fraudvictim - who aids victims of title fraud in NYS? I see no entity. I now have no time....the county has no advocates.....who in NYS will help a person disabled......I seem to have fallen through all the cracks. If it is victim services...please quote why and how I can get help - what do I quote to verify this. My sincere thanks, S Lillyvaly1@yahoo.com
