    • On July 15, 2011, by hemavathi - The only way to get USA out of recession and to make sure it still stays as "world super power" (where asians are growing exponentially every month) is to welcome world's "best and brightest" with no questions asked. period. Sooner the congress/caucuses realize the better for the country. Already b'cos of lame immigration system many are choosing to go back.. "not GOOD". These 2% brightest legal immigrants will shape the future of this country. Else? all jobs will get shipped abroad. Asian companies (hundreds of them who use to make few millions, ten years ago, are now making 10's of billions ~check facts exponential++). After all America is run by business community, so they will do whatever is best of companies which includes shipping jobs abroad! Grow up! It's a new world. Ask Harvard business school professors hwta value this tony populous brings to this country. This century its all about brain power and not just industrialization.

    • On July 14, 2011, by gcfrenzy - Hi Vonnise Part of the bill allow legal immigrants to become permanent residents (green card holders), who are already in USA and working, by recapturing the visa numbers wasted earlier. Legal immigration laws does not allow, one to stay in USA without a proper job (illegals can stay here and burn your money with free treatments from ER rooms and food stamps). Some the legal immigrants are waiting for a green card and standing in queue over a decade; all these years they are paying income tax, social security, medicare and creating secondary job in USA.
