    • On February 20, 2009, by Anonymous - A royalty on federal lands. Like Obama's trip to Canada? Oil and lumber? This won't work because the provinces refuse to pay the federal tax and take the resources anyway. States just need to refuse to pay the tax and sell the minerals anyway.
