    New Jersey Right to Carry Assemblyman Michael Patrick Carroll has reintroduced The Citizens Protection Act (A1493 Revises procedures for securing a permit to carry a handgun.) to the NJ Assembly. It is critical we all do what we can to help the passage of this important bill. Concealed/Open carry is a right that all New Jersey residents should enjoy and exercise.
