    I think the RESTORE Act, a bill that would send funds from BP's fines to the Gulf states to revive their economies and restore their coastal natural areas, would be a great step forward. The people of this region were the most affected by the oil spill and deserve to get this money. Also, they rely on their natural resources there for food, recreation and tourism. Anyone, agree/disagree?
