This resolution would acknowledge that climate change is happening; that human activities are a primary cause; and that climate change poses intolerable risks to the health, safety, and welfare of current and future generations of the United States.

Requires NASA to establish an official historical temperature data set, which all entities receiving federal funding to study climate change would be required to use. This interests me because it was introduced by a Republican, but seems to address climate science itself to eliminate the fudging of the data. Again, not enough analysis on it yet.

Establishes major subsidies to switch vehicles over from petroleum fuels to natural gas. Introduced by a Republican from Oklahoma, but opposed by many conservatives and Big Oil. I haven't been able to find much analysis of it (for example, what are the projected effects of these subsidies on actual petroleum consumption, and how much of an effect does the projected switch to natural gas have on global carbon emissions).

Nonpartisan think tank (offshoot of the Pew Center). This has been really invaluable for me. In particular it has a page tracking all the current bills addressing climate change, and a number of resources for learning more about the the issues, in all their complexity.
H.Res.672: Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the energy, environmental, and foreign policies of the United States should reflect appropriate understanding and sensitivity concerning issues related to climate change, as documented by credible scientific findings and as evidenced by the extreme weather events of recent years.
Climate Change / Global Warming is in support of this bill.

Write Letter in support of H.Res.672H.R.3409: Stop the War on Coal Act of 2012
Climate Change / Global Warming is in opposition to this bill. Here's why:
Invents a mythical war on coal in order to prop up the industry and does so by imposing a temporary stay on any and all environmental regulation of the industry. Senseless.

Wrote people about that one and forgot to include it here. Yeah, it seems bad all around.
