This group seeks to aggressively modify existing student loan debt, as well as change legislation for to avoid a repeat of the existing student debt crisis by: (1) demanding that all existing student loans 10 years old or older, be permanently canceled; (2) changing the paradigm of how college is paid for across the country, to ensure equal access to colleges at all levels to individuals from all socio-economic groups; (3) change the current banking system establishment such that the American people--not the privately held Federal Reserve--are in charge of the US monetary system.

ShaunJoyce--GREAT JOB on sending a message to your reps regarding HR 1330. It you could make your profile available for the public to see it would allow other users to view your letter, which would be really helpful. Thanks for taking action. Please keep up the good work!

New members, please look at the bills I've posted. If you have time to find other pending student loan bills, please list them in the group as being "tracked." Write your reps about these bills, and include your letter in a comment so everyone in the group knows who you wrote about what bill, and what you said. Hopefully, we can soon begin cross-communicating with all members reps about the student loan debt issue. If you have not joined us on FaceBook, please do so, our groups there are: Student Debt Crisis and Aging with Student Debt. Thanks for joining!
