I will be voting no on this bill, and writing you congressional folks with my notice. I also want my country back. If the gov. can find these folks to give them health care, higher education and such, why can’t they do so in order for deportation? They can try the legal way.
This is my first opportunity to visit this website. I found some interesting things and I will apply to the development of my blog. Thanks for sharing useful information.

If I break the law I go to jail. Illegal Immigrants can break our laws and nothing happens to them. In fact we give them free medical care, free housing, free food, social security and they broke the law to come here. We must take action before it is to late. You were voted in office now please do your job.

Very true. Immigration reform MUST take place. We cannot allow our laws to be disrespected over and over again. Naturalization is the law and the Constitution says that NOBODY is above the law. I understand that the need to provide for your family is great, but if you get caught you should be subject to the punishment that the law states applies.
Why does our government (against the will of those who put them in office) have this overwhelming desire to reward those who, by their very presence here, show nothing but contempt for our constitution, laws and Sovereignty? If an illegal breaches the Southern border of Mexico, he is subject to be shot ~ yet we are afraid to enforce our laws for fear that Mexico and other foreign governments will not “like” us!!! Are we third graders?!?!?! We are a country of laws, and they should all be respected and enforced equally or we have anarchy ~ which is pretty much what we witnessed with protestors marching in cities of the United States of America waiving a foreign flag. These people are not citizens and therefore ARE NOT protected by the very Constitution upon which they spit!
Illegal border crossers are subject to be shot? What was your source for this strange and untrue statement? Illegal border crossers and aliens in the U.S. in unlawful status are administrative law violators. Administrative law is not criminal law. Traffic cops can’t shoot speeders and the Border Patrol can’t shoot those who make unlawful entry. I know. I retired from INS after 27 years. What is your background on this subject?
I read CAM to mean people that invade INTO Mexico from Guatemala and El Salvador. The Mexicans don’t put up with that, but they get upset when Americans do the same.

By allowing amnesty in this country to Illegal Immigrants that broke our LAWS is ludicrist. What message are we sending our young people and future generations… that it is ok to break our laws and there are no consequences and by the way you get a “FREE PASS” to break the laws. Will we eventually here appeals at the supreme court stating that you cannot put people in jails for breaking our laws.. because we have set precedents with other areas such as IMMIGRATION.. where it is OK to break our laws and their are no consequences. ANARCHY here we come!
If you were to look at what people are being penalized for now, such as parents being arrested for disiplining thier children, and teachers at shools not being allowed to enforce the rules on disrutive and disorderly children, I would say that the message of there being no consequences for our next generation is being implimented as we speak. Bullies recieve a free pass while the ones they victimize get scolded, and suspended or expelled if they fight back. And we are a joke to the other nations because they see that we don’t enforce our laws. If we don’t enforce them, illegals will just keep pouring into this country and laugh at all of us that live here. In Massachusetts, the police can’t even ask the immigration status of someone that may be an illegal. How F***ed up it that?

Check out the retainee’s in the jail in Washington County Arkansas. We are over-run with illegals. They get free lawyers. We have all kinds of illegal activities going on here. Rape-Murder-Credit Card Fraud-Forgery-DWI-Leaving the scene of accidents with no licenses and insurance-Drugs and weapons by certain people to list a few. We are being crapped on by those lawmakers who are not in danger every day like we are. Hope they never hit you while drunk and hurt or kill a family member while they run away. Drive by shooting are the normal more and more every day. We have had one person found burned up in the trunk of a car not far from my home. Am I happy? No way. Try to get a job here. I know several who have been looking for over a year. No to Illegals.
No longer can politicians claim that illegal immigrants are needed to do jobs Americans will not do. We now have over 2 million legal citizens out of work! Thanks to NAFTA, AFTA, not addressing and STOPPING illegal immigration, and finally due to politicians voting based on contributions they receive. Makes one proud to be an American.
When we send back the illegals, we will have more jobs available to the real taxpayers. We always put in to the system and the illegals take our money out. Please send all of them back to their homeland and do not gave public aid to unwed illegal mothers and all of their children.
I may not live in an area where immigration is a local issue but I have family that lives along the southern border and I see what the illegals do in those areas when I go and visit. My father likes to take me through the desert and sight seeing when I visit him in Arizona and you wouldn’t believe the amount of trash the illegals leave behind on the trails. One might think that the whiny liberals might complain about it because it’s not being “green”, but they would only try to spend more tax dollars to put up trash cans through the desert. Not to mention the fact that there is the possibility that some of these illegals or the ones trafficing them could be armed! I’m glad my CWP is valid there! I also like to ship my M4 out there, just to be on the safe side! Liberals like to make laws but they won’t enforce the ones on the books. It’s really pointless. Too bad people won’t stop voting for them. It must be all of the prescription drugs in the water!
It’s time to foreclose, pay the “piper” and start over, and be accountable for our poor stewartship. Maybe we can clean it up before our children are left holding the bag.
The other matter: Read information I found on the below websites. Is thias true? If it is how can we trust Mr. Obama and you guys(SCOTUS, House, Senate, FBI,CIA, etc) with something as massive as this when you and he can’t cleanup simple matters from like simply providing a righteous response for a simple request to confirm Mr. Obama’s natural born US citizenship status. Ratherthan simply put this to rest by sending the information requested, I understand Mr. Obama and others named in lawsuits around the country have hired several powerful law firms requesting dismissal and to seal access to all of Mr. Obama’s records(vault copy of BC, college records, immigration records, medical records, ect.). I bet that costs lots money. Why not spend a few bucks and just provide the information? Would that clear the matter up amnd build trust in everyone.
Before you say it, let me ask: Since when was “FactCheck.org.” Appointed offical vetting agency for the election process?
In Texas, I understand the plaintiff’s request for dismissal used was that they have “Official Immunity.”
This gives me great faith and trust in my President & everyone that did not demand his accountability!
I understand Pelosi, Howard Dean and the DNC are responsible to make sure these matters are properly perfomed? HAs anyone asked them? I also understand a Phil Berg of the Democratic Party advised Mr. Obaqma he was not elligible way back when he first considered entering the race? Then why are there still lawsuits and hush by the Mainstream media? And the Subpoena from Occidental(see below)?
Mr. Obama can very simply put this to rest as he did the concerns of Rev. Wright. He didn’t get attorny’s to resolve that matters? Is he hiding something?

A new lawsuit is being prepared by a California attorney who already has four cases pending over the issue of President Barack Obama’s eligibility to occupy to Oval Office, and this one will include a demand from state lawmakers who forward state funds to Washington for documentation of his qualifications.
Orly Taitz told WND today that she’s preparing the complaint but is holding onto it and will file it shortly to give state legislators a chance to join the action as plaintiffs.
Four already have signed up, including state Rep. Eric Swafford of Tennessee, who agreed to be a plaintiff “for a Writ of Mandamus to obtain original birth certificate, immigration records, passports and other vital records for Barry Soetero aka Barack Hussein Obama.”
Taitz told WND the case also probably will include members of the military as plaintiffs, since both state lawmakers and military officers are obliged to follow orders from the president of the United States and both have a need to know those orders are legitimate.
“In the military, those would be unlawful orders, and [following them] would subject the officers to courts-martial,” she said. “In the legislatures, they cannot follow any of his bills or orders … they don’t know who he is.
“As far as we know he is a foreign national … Why should state legislators send any funds from the state to a foreign national?” she said.
“While we are working on the complaint, I’m gathering support from different states,” she said.
