When will the government start enforcing anti-trust laws? The economy is in this mess because they let a small handful of companies swallow every competitor around them and get so big they can take down our economy, and any one can do serious economic damage to everyone everywhere in the country if they go under. Plus they are standing by and doing nothing as Time-Warner and AT&T are bringing in internet usage caps that’ll destroy their online competitors, while such companies siphon billions from the taxpayers for better fiberoptic lines they’re either not gonna build at all or will never use. All the economic ruin that has happened in the past 3 years WOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THEY SIMPLY ENFORCED THE ANTI-TRUST LAWS ALREADY IN PLACE.
