Dear Sir: It is with honor I desire you to help me in eliminating my predicament.
I will not weary you in a lot of vague ideas and experiences, for they will offer nothing to give
action toward your investigating the area of my concern. My concern is coming from above,
namely Space Satellites. The Federal Government has placed in space, for National Security
reasons Space Stations to observe areas of our great country, thinking that our enemies may
attack us. Of course, some individuals within the Government, citizens too, believe any and all
means are necessary to protect and defend the citizens of this Great Nation, and I agree. The thing
is, these Satellites can and are being used for seeking out and disrupting citizens from their normal
everyday activities. Satellite technology doing harm to citizens is a dastardly thing within any
country when their technology becomes the controlling factor to those citizens living “the pursuit
of happiness” dream.
For me to comprehend its existence, Satellite Technology and its usage is as mysterious as
its ramifications on my life. The continuous effect of The Satellite Program has advanced my
interest; otherwise, I would have never become involved. The effects of Satellite bombardment
are unbroken in any and all my endeavors. The Satellite program has totally surrounded me,
controlling me, consequentially forging me outside my normal existence.
It is difficult to describe the effects and harm the U S Government is doing to my body.
My toenail has a tear; toes are discolored, small reddest mark on different part of my body. Laser
is being used more of late, due to it’s effectiveness in penetrating my surround barriers. There is
no end to the torturing I’m suffering. To say the least, I need something done, an immediately.
I’m hoping you may help me in this distressing matter.
As I understand, nearly a year of constant surveillance and harmful penetration, satellites
are operated by using a ground coordinator. A person who physically monitors, making contact
with me, following me by vehicle or coming close to my approxime while in stores, etc. The
spying while in my home is done with equipment in neighboring homes, surveillance of my every
move 24 hours a day.

Your opposition to HR 5749 is unbelievable. There is no way to obtain benefits in IL. after only working two weeks. Your opposition to the bill is a complete lie and is just another way for you to deny deserving Americans an extension unemployment benefits. Since you are not up for re election I am sure that is why you opposed the bill. You are an unfortunate representative for IL. I hope you end up in Statesville prison or serving time with George Ryan. And after this vote unfortunately you will have a very tarnsihed record as we unemployed in IL. will continue to let you know about your mistake in not supporting this bill. Jobless claims jump to highest level since late March

WASHINGTON (AP) - The number of people filing new claims for unemployment benefits jumped last week to the highest level since late March.
The Labor Department reported Thursday that new applications for jobless benefits rose to 384,000, an increase of 25,000 from the previous week.
That was a much bigger gain than analysts had been expecting and indicated that the labor market still remains under pressure. Last week, the government reported that the unemployment rate jumped to 5.5 percent, up from 5 percent in April. That was the biggest one-month gain in 22 years.

We are not lazy or looking for welfare. The vast unemployment in this country well exceeds the 5.5% number quoted. The longterm unemployed and the hundreds of thousands who have had to accept part-time employment need to count. Job shrinkage, plant closures, downsizing--all no fault of us hard-working Americans who believed the the middle class dream. This is a very tough economy. We want to work. Why do you have such distain for the average guy? Do not turn your back on Americans. We have not had job growth from this President. You are hurting us, your party and McCain's chances this fall. We will remember.

We are displeased with your NAY vote on H.R.5749. Please be aware that unemployed Republicans in ILLINOIS won't be voting for you or the other Republicans anymore, they will be voting for Democrats. The most upsetting idea you and your Republican Cohorts presented is that a person would be eligible for a year of unemployment benefits after working only a week! That is VERY misleading, it makes it seem like a person would be eligible for a large amount of money, when that is NOT the case. People need to know the truth. The truth is each state has eligibility requirements and stipulations for earning a certain amount in a certain period of time in order to be even eligible for any state benefits. The amount of the state benefit is only about 1/3 of your previously salary, and depends on the total amount earned while working during the look back period. Here in ILLINOIS you need to earn a minimum of $1600 in the look back period which consists of 4 quarters. Therefore a person who worked part time for one week and earned $1600 in that week would only be paid $50 a week for 26 weeks. Is $50 a full benefit to you? For this little amount of money, you and the other Republicans jeopardized this legislation, you are making millions of people continue to hurt and be desperate. We are not happy with you or the other Republicans, now your job is in jeopardy.
