As a constiuent, I urge you to oppose any health care bill unless abortion is explicitly excluded from the scope of any federally mandated, federally subsidized, or federally defined health insurance plans. Please tell me how you intend to vote on this crucial issue.
While I do support healthcare reform for pre-existing conditions, insurance coverage for the unemployed/underinsured, closing gaps in persription coverage “donut hole” I DO NOT consider elective abortions reproductive heathcare!
I don’t understand how someone so well spoken (and seemingly intelligent) can still be confused about the fact that there are NO federally funded abortion bills being presented to nor written by this congress. The only changes being proposed are by the republicans, and that’s to end the law requiring hospitals to perform abortions when it’s critical to save the mother’s life. Guess the life in “pro-life” doesn’t extend to the woman involved.

The Superior Court judge recently ruled that an arbitrator with a 40-0 record against consumers is not biased. He refused to compel arbitration and submit his opinion.

S.3520 needs to be passed immediately. There are 15 million Americans who are “unemployed through no fault of their own,” and who are also frantically attempting to find new jobs that do not exist. The majority of these 15 million have a family dependent upon their income, so that increases the number to possibly 30 or even 45 million Americans who are in imminent danger of losing everything. When this happens, the financial and moral ramifications for this country will be dire indeed. I’ll say it again— S.3520 needs to be passed immediately! Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Dear Mrs Feinstein: Important heads up: There are not still unemployed people in serious trouble out there! Just because (statistically!) Unemployment is (apparently) fallen, DO NOT FORGET US!… I represent this group. I am 55 years young. I’ve served my country for 21 years in the USN. I’ve worked for 14 more years after that. In June 2009, I was laid off. I’ve been searching since. I’ve lost my home. I’ve lost my car. I’ve lost my dog (had to put her down because the apartments I’m living in could not take her.). My son is going to college this fall, and I have no way to help him. I can barely feed us, and I’m not sure how I’m going to keep the lights on.

On this current Tax Break Extension issue for earnings over $250K per year, please make it simple. You have the easiest hand to play on this. The “Protect IP” bill (a.k.a. S.968 or SOPA) making its way through congress will destroy internet business models based on user participation. Feinstein has attached her name as a cosponsor. Would you have guessed that SOPA proponents account for 3 of her top 10 donors? When the attack ads start rolling against whoever challenges her, please try to keep in mind where the money came from, and what her customers were buying.

Dianne Feinstein voted for granting of the power to indefinitely imprison the American citizens that ironically voted her into office. She also voted for PIPA, which I personally emailed her about, she replied and said that she believes that this bill will help the economy.
