DEAR SENATOR,
~ SHOULD POORER AMERICANS HAVE FAITH THAT OUR U.S. SUPREME COURT IS WELL AWARE THAT AMERICAN PESTIGE INTERNATIONALLY IS VERY MUCH BASED ON HOW WELL WE TREAT OUR OWN CITIZENS~
Dear Senator Kohl,
S.3520 needs to be passed immediately. There are 15 million Americans who are “unemployed through no fault of their own,” and who are also frantically attempting to find new jobs that do not exist. The majority of these 15 million have a family dependent upon their income, so that increases the number to possibly 30 or even 45 million Americans who are in imminent danger of losing everything. When this happens, the financial and moral ramifications for this country will be dire indeed. I’ll say it again— S.3520 needs to be passed immediately! Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
In March 2009, I lost my job. In May 2009, my husband lost his. He went back to work about 2 months ago making $4 an hour less then before. I am still looking.
We are fortunate, his job provides health ins. However, once they start taking that out of his check, my college educated husband will only be bringing home $1,000 a month. It pains me to think that there are many people worse off then us!
While congress is taking “recess” we are wondering how we will afford the rent. When politicians are eating out at expensive restaurants, we are praying for God to help us pay for our groceries. And while you are home with your family, I am wishing that I could afford one.
If we argued with our coworkers as much, or sat on an issue as long, unemployment would be a heck of a lot higher. We pay our taxes and try to elect the best candidate to help represent that money. So I ask you… knowing my situation and the little money we have… Have you earned MY taxes today? Have your coworkers?
Senator:
I am disappointed. You are anti-life, anti-marriage(your gay), and you vote for obama’s policies that fail everytime. I am awaiting your resignation, and awaiting the chance to vote in a republican.
