S.3325 The Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights Act of 2008
Drop your sponsorship of this bill. It is going to fail miserably. It is useless … IP is dead as it stands. Fix it at the source, don’t waste my (and the USA) money with a bandaid. Music industry needs to change their buisness model. So do the Gaming / Software / Motion Picture associations. Please stop wasting all this money and drop your sponsorship. Kill this bill before it hits…..
If not, NO ONE WILL VOTE FOR YOU.
Resign from the Senate Senator Leahy. If you side with ACORN you Side with corruption in Congress Sir.
SENATOR,
NOW THAT THE PEOPLES U.S.CONGRESS HAS DOCUMENTED OUR UNJUST AMERICAN JUDICIAL SYSTEM,HAVE YOU HEARD IF THE U.S. SUPREME COURT KNOWS WHERE AND WHEN WE CAN ALL WATCH THESE POSSIBLE WRONGFUL EXECUTIONS TAKE PLACE ?
TROY DAVIS & MUMIA ABU ~JAMAL ~ ARE HAVING PRAYERS FOR JUSTICE SAID FOR THEM WORLD~WIDE ..WE CAN ALL ONLY HOPE AND PRAY THAT EVERYONE IN OUR U.S.CONGRESS THAT KNOWS AND UNDERSTANDS HOW UNJUST OUR U.S JUDICIAL SYSTEM CAN BE WITH OUR POORER AMERICANS,BECOMES ACTIVE IN MAKING SURE THAT TROY DAVIS OF GEORGIA AND MUMIA ABU~JAMAL OF PENNSYLVANIA RECEIVE FAIR AND JUST TRIALS BEFORE ANY POSSIBLE WRONGFUL EXECUTIONS TAKE PLACE.
LAWYERS FOR POOR AMERICANS IS A WWW VOLUNTEEER LOBBY THAT SINGS OUT FOR OUR MIDDLE~CLASS AND WORKING POOR AMERICANS. WE CAN BE FOUND WITH ANY SEARCH ENGINE BY OUR NAME OR TELEPHONE NUMBER.(424-247-2013)
John Boener said in his address to the Floor on Sunday night said, “Shame on each and every one of you who substitutes your will and your desires above those of your fellow countrymen. Around this chamber, looking upon us are the lawgivers. We break the ties of history in this chamber. We break our trust with Americans.”
Many will be watching and looking for men/woman who exemplifies: Honesty, Reverence, Hope, Thrift, Humility, Charity, Sincerity, Moderation, Hard Work, Courage, Personal Responsibility, and Gratitude.
“I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant, and fill him with a terrible resolve” Isoroku Yamamoto
You’ve been in your position 2 years less than I’ve been married. You really need to get back to living in the real world. You will never live like the rest of us have because you’ve made your money on the backs of others.
Shame on you sir! Shame on you!!
DEAR SENATOR,
~ SHOULD POORER AMERICANS HAVE FAITH THAT OUR U.S. SUPREME COURT IS WELL AWARE THAT AMERICAN PESTIGE INTERNATIONALLY IS VERY MUCH BASED ON HOW WELL WE TREAT OUR OWN CITIZENS~
Dear Senator Leahy,
S.3520 needs to be passed immediately. There are 15 million Americans who are “unemployed through no fault of their own,” and who are also frantically attempting to find new jobs that do not exist. The majority of these 15 million have a family dependent upon their income, so that increases the number to possibly 30 or even 45 million Americans who are in imminent danger of losing everything. When this happens, the financial and moral ramifications for this country will be dire indeed. I’ll say it again— S.3520 needs to be passed immediately! Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Senator, I’m a young man who spends most of his time online. I have made friends on the internet, I have found love on the internet, I have a life on the internet. I do not pirate, I do not steal, but should Protect IP go through some of the websites I use on a daily basis may fall under attack or be forced to shut down. None of these sites are for piracy, but under Protect IP even posting some fanart of Mickey Mouse would give an opening for such actions against them, meanwhile piracy websites would continue to operate outside of the US with no way to prevent it.
I urge you, remove your sponsorship of the bill. Work with Sen. Ron Wyden to create a law that would stop piracy. All this will do is cause a massive backlash online and cause harm to the internet. Piracy needs to be stopped, but Protect IP will not work, it will only make things worse.
How about you start casting your vote for the people to sent you to the senate, and not the people that pad your pockets, and contribute to your warchest. DON"T FORGET THE LITTLE GUY
