Thank you for standing with Rand Paul in demanding answers. This is a shining moment.

You should denounce Rush Limbaugh for calling the college student names (slut) and the other vile things he said. I know all you repubs are afraid of him, but grow a set of balls.

Senator McConnell, if you turn over control of spending to the president you will ensure the economic collapse of this country. This means that you are no better for the country than the opposition you"ve been elected to challenge. The Republicans I know would stand firm and force the opposition to give in, but with you unfortunately we don’t have that. You and Sen. Judas McCain have all but admitted that “the fix is in” as it pertains to country club establishment Republicans, of which it appears now that you surely are. Mr. McCain seems to be more concerned about his own personal financial investment portfolio than the financial security of his country, that’s why he likes your capitulation legislation you’re creating. What a huge disappointment for America you’ve turned out to be. What will you do as a career when you get voted out of office?

I’d like to ask Senator McConnell why he continues to say that he will make sure that Obama is only a one term President. Does that sit well with anyone else? I find it disturbing that the Senators we pick are so boldly coming out and making statements that are truly unecessary. We the voters pick the President not Senators. I find that rather disturbing. You can disagree with the President(or whomever for that matter), but what ever happened to diplomacy and a little respect? What’s next you’re going to start fist fights?

This extention needs to be passed indeed, but I don’t know what tactic you think is the best. The tactic you are using seems to be not working. You are drawing great attention to yourself from the unemployed Kentuckians right now. Let’s just say it’s not the kind of attention you need. People are in a backslide and the economy for this state is in a downward fall.

S.3520 needs to be passed immediately. There are 15 million Americans who are “unemployed through no fault of their own,” and who are also frantically attempting to find new jobs that do not exist. The majority of these 15 million have a family dependent upon their income, so that increases the number to possibly 30 or even 45 million Americans who are in imminent danger of losing everything. When this happens, the financial and moral ramifications for this country will be dire indeed. I’ll say it again— S.3520 needs to be passed immediately! Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

You absolutely nailed it. Thank you for support.

anna1974 06/28/2010 7:05pm

Shame on you for turning your back on us, people who are unemployed with no hope of finding a job. You’re starving our children and destroying everything that people worked their entire lives for. End this sick game now before you make America a 3rd world Country. Their will be no future generation of children if you keep denying food and shelter for the children of this generation and their families. We suffer because of you and your selfish party members. Remember, you turn back on us now, America will remember in November. Party of “NO” has no place in Washington. American People deserve better than that. We want an American Dream back and we will get it!
By the way, why don’t any of your staff members pick up the phone when people are calling your office. Not even an option to leave the message? Who are you’re working for??? Aliens from a distant planet?

Sir, Please give your support to Kevin’s Law. Having Monsanto in control of our nation’s food supply is inviting a disaster of larger proportion than the bailouts for Wallstreet. No one company should have the power to sue any citizen that speaks against them. And no one company should control our government and judicial system to this magnitude. Please, for the people, represent our interests on a safer free-market food supply. We all have to eat, your family included. Please, make it your agenda. Do the right thing.

Money trail: Homemakers, students & other non-income earners $279,865

This guy needs to go back into his shell. He is laughing at the public, while they pay for his healthcare. His CEO friends at the insurance companies are getting paid multi-million dollar salaries. It gives mitch a big john boner when he thinks about it.

Help the turtle-like senator make more money for the banks

I just wish Cecil the turtle would go back into his shell!

ditchmitchthebitch 02/23/2010 9:44pm

Yeah superstuper, don’t let turtle boy go talk about healthcare, he is already on the public healthcare tit and sucking it hard. Bitchboy has way better insurance than you and YOU pay for it!

Superpower 02/21/2010 4:31pm

Dear Senator,
If you show up at the televised health-care summit, consider yourself duped and a sucker.

Luckily, the bitch is behind the lack of oversight on the auto industry along with being in the top 15 most corrupt senators. You have the love the bs that runs out this particular PORKer’s mouth. The bitch claims to be all about a balanced budget, while taking far more for his state than the state takes in. The hypocrisy of this loser is without equal. It is probably only a matter of time before the bitch is caught in some mens room like his old pal larry craig.

Although you bring up a very pleasant reason why she was chosen, it is very unfair to assume that the fact that she was Hispanic had nothing to do with that. I am not saying that is a bad thing, but it is definitely here.

what a bunch of inefficient, incapable congressmen and congresswomen. and that is a bipartisan stance.

OneAngryAmerican 10/29/2009 5:39pm

McConnell..quit playing games with the unemployment extension. People are hurting and jobs are not to be found. Amazing how we can bail out the banking industry and the crooks on Wall St., but the real victims in this country are just left hanging. We didn’t choose to have our jobs outsourced, closed or moved. That was all done thanks to some of the “great” legislation that our government has allowed over the years to be passed. Keep taking care of the wealthy and keep screwing the middle class and poor. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Mr. McConnell thank you for the help with the Vets. They need all the support they can get. What’s up with not posting the health care bill on line so the voters can read it. I know there are some in Washington that think that since we went to school before the left wingers changed all of the text books we can’t read. This is beyond contempt. Also what is this STUFF video that is being shown to the children of this country in their classrooms. Just more left wing propagada to try is endoctrinate our children to their way of thinking. I watched a video the other day at Berkley and was amazed to learn that Ben Franklin was the favorite president of this country for “College Students”.

Hey anonymous you stupid coward why don’t you crawl back under your rock where it’s safe and you don’t have to think cause your not very good at it.
Have you figured out that the wealthy are the one in this country who create the job that you have"? Universal health care will bankrupt the economy as will cap and trade. Maybe you want to live under a socialist government but the intelligent people want our government back.

cosmos 08/28/2009 9:50am

Not only are you in the V.A’s pocketbook (total speculation) but you’re a coward you and Mccain and Kit. I can’t believe you have the audacidy and total unhonorable plan to have a closed town hall meeting, in Kansas? None of the other Sen. are even from Kansas. You’re all Cowards. Come to your own state and speak with your own state. That goes for all the other yellow-bellied white-collars that you’re rubbing elbows with.
