There is no free speech in America. Maybe if this bill passes, it will be a good begining.

Currently, If you post a unfavorable opinion about something or even tell others about a dangerous food item that you purchased at the grocery store. The wealthy company will file a slapp case to silence you. Instead of the Gov trying to protect the constitution and the people.

It currently assist big corporations who file these frivolous lawsuits. If the government is serious about protecting the constitution and the people of this great country. Then it will pass this bill into law.
