Frustrating that Eshoo, who represents the heart of silicon valley, would vote for the Prioritizing Resources and Organization for Intellectual Property Act, which will empowers the entertainment industry to control content via installing a cabinet level representative of their interests. That will certainly stifle legitimate uses of technology to view and collaborate on media in new ways, which is exactly where all the growth in consumer tech is today.

There’s 100 million citizens on government assistance, our unemployment rate is rising, and people are dying because they can’t afford health care…and you care about TV commercials? How about you turn the television off?
