As a constiuent, I urge you to oppose any health care bill unless abortion is explicitly excluded from the scope of any federally mandated, federally subsidized, or federally defined health insurance plans. Please tell me how you intend to vote on this crucial issue.

While I do support healthcare reform for pre-existing conditions, insurance coverage for the unemployed/underinsured, closing gaps in persription coverage “donut hole” I DO NOT consider elective abortions reproductive heathcare!

We don’t get to choose where our tax dollars are spent. I would not choose to spend one more dime on war. I have a very simple solution for you and your beliefs. It’s very easy. If you are against abortion don’t have one.

I urge the opposite. I’m glad you feel you’re in the position to judge people for their personal decisions. Have you read Freakonomics? In the book, they discuss how there was a big uptick in crime predicted for the early 90’s – except it never happened. The book links the lowered crime rates to the access to abortions – the young 20 year olds who would have grown up in tough circumstances and committed crimes weren’t there to commit them.

The problem I have with people telling me abortion shouldn’t be covered is that they seem to think it’s something a woman would do nonchalantly, as though they would do this regularly instead of using a condom, or taking the bc pill. Which is insane. Accidents, rape, etc. all happen, deal with it and choose not to get one for yourself. You can either pay more taxes to raise that unwanted child on gov’t assistance to an adult or you can pay a smaller amount one time & let each woman decide what’s best for her own unique situation.

You and the rest of the Republicans are so transparent! President Obama, as well as us Americans, know what you are doing. Stalling and not voting on what the people want and need in this country. Do the job you were elected to do, and start voting! Your tactics in stalling is only going to back fire on you all. Show our President some respect. How you treat him, is a reflection on how you treat us Americans. We may have been fooled in the past, but not anymore! We The People have spoken by electing President Obama into office. We need change and we need it now! And quit blaming President Obama for the disaster in the Gulf. Enough is enough!

I would like to humbly urge your support for the HR 5658 of the 111th congress, and if possible to co-sponsor it. This bill will make a huge, huge difference to a LOT of people, and perhaps to America as well, as it treats highly skilled people wishing to immigrate to USA legally, with some respect, and relieves them of the extraordinarily long wait times necessary at present for their green cards

    Congressman,

I call for your resignation, sir. I do not want further embarassment brought to this State by your bigotry and brazen racism. How you could support the protest at an event given by AMERICAN CITEZENS raising money for women’s causes is abhorrent. Step down.

Why do you need 3 offices? What a waste! So much for the party of fiscal resposiblity.
