I have just learned after our President’s State of the Union Address, and being particularly interested in his statement of support against Congressional Insider Trading, that there already is a bill in the works, known as the STOCK act. From what I understand, this bill has over 200 co-sponsors and has been stopped indefinitely by Eric Cantor. I understand that this bill has bipartisan support, and would like to know your position on the issue of Federal Governmental reform in general, and with the STOCK Act in particular, and would like to show my support of getting the ball rolling again. The popular SOPA/PIPA movements of late have galvanized me to act, and this will be the second time I’ve ever contacted my elected official (the first was regarding the debt ceiling crisis).
