I urge you NOT to support H.R.45 – Blair Holt’s Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009, the American people, in particular, law abiding citizens who own firearms will not tolerate this law.
How can you sponsor a resolution for students to be given time to study the Constitution (H Resolution 686) and then a short time later try to push unconstitutional health care on us? I’d urge you to compare HR 3200 with HR 3400, if nothing else in the tax code language. You’ll see HR 3200 penalizes Americans that don’t want insurance or have “unacceptable” health insurance, while HR 3400 gives tax credits.
This entire process is a waste of our resources and should be moot. We have a crushing federal debt that should be addressed long before any fringe topic such as this one. The federal government does not need to be in the health care business- it is not a constitutionally delegated power of the federal government to do so. At best, it is a state’s right if they choose to exercise it.
Wish we had someone like you in SC, Trp. Grayson, we love you here (yes, we have Democrats here in Hilton Head)
*Rep. Grayson (sorry for the type, long day)
I’m appalled that someone like yourself is a United States Representative. Stop grandstanding for media attention to push your radical left wing agenda. A better use of the tax payers money that pays your salary would be for you to engage in some thoughtful and intelligent dialog with fellow members of the House and get some things accomplished for the good of the country.
Who are you to call someone a whore? Guess your inexperience is showing. We don’t want to have you grandstanding—do some serious work!!!
Why would you be appalled that this moron is a congressman? Look at the idiots that we’ve voted for up there, i.e., Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, Charles Rangel, need I say more?
Keep up the great work Rep. Grayson. I’m proud that someone is actually calling out those that would seek to obstruct progress in this country.

We need people like you, Rep. Grayson, who have studied economics (it’s a GOOD thing that you make some of the corrupt feel a bit threatened, because they want everyone to feel likes it’s all too complicated and that we should just trust them)… and who have the courage to stand up to the crooks. Some people may have a hard time handling the fact that you have guts, but without courageous and honest people like you, this country doesn’t have much chance of pulling out of the mess it’s in.
Puuuuuleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease…………..spare me. I’ll ask you the same question? How’s all that Hope and Change workin’ out for ya? 10.2 percent unemployment, highest in 25 years………oh……..I forgot. Its all George Bush’s fault. Barack Hussein Obama….mmmmm….mmmmm…..mmmmmmm. LOL.
rugby6,
Yes, just about all of it was George Bush’s fault. It happened on his watch didn’t it?
You are assuming that the effects of bad policy are seen immediately. The lending of sub-prime mortgages began under Clinton’s administration (of course he could not have done it alone). You’d be better off taking a good look at how all of the politicians contributed to this mess than pointing all of your fingers at one.
And look what’s happening on Barack Hussein Obama’s watch………….how’s all that hope and change workin’ out for ya? Another Obamazombie.
Rugby6 …
If you choose to be rude and ignorant, please do it without wearing the uniform. Your statements on Grayson are a poor reflection on the military.
Keep doing what your doing sir. I don’t agree with all of your ideas but I can recognize your independence and fearlessness. Call Mel Watt out on the carpet over his opposition to HR1207. He is getting a lot of donations from banks in his district to defeat HR1207.
Wow, you are truly one vulgar pin head!
The more common “House” version of Al Franken. Third rate anyway.
The democrats need more people like you in their party. Please keep up the good work and telling it like it is. Thanks!
Alan Grayson for President in 2012!! Yea!!!

Alan, thank you for your good leadership and support of the Health Insurance reform. Factcheck.org says this about the current debate. “A notorious analysis of the House health care bill contains 48 claims. Twenty-six of them are false and the rest mostly misleading. Only four are true.” This bill needs to taken off the shelf and resurrected. This will not only help our ailing economy, but will help a lot of Americans

As my Rep. Alan Grayson has done a lot of work and I will be happy to give him another term if he works as hard as he did his freshman term.
John Boener said in his address to the Floor on Sunday night said, “Shame on each and every one of you who substitutes your will and your desires above those of your fellow countrymen. Around this chamber, looking upon us are the lawgivers. We break the ties of history in this chamber. We break our trust with Americans.”

You are no longer for the people, by the people or of the people. Many will be watching and looking for a man/woman who exemplifies: Honesty, Reverence, Hope, Thrift, Humility, Charity, Sincerity, Moderation, Hard Work, Courage, Personal Responsibility, and Gratitude.
“I consider the people who constitute a society or a nation as the source of all authority in that nation.” Thomas JeffersonDEAR ALAN,
~ SHOULD POORER AMERICANS HAVE FAITH THAT OUR U.S. SUPREME COURT IS WELL AWARE THAT AMERICAN PESTIGE INTERNATIONALLY IS VERY MUCH BASED ON HOW WELL WE TREAT OUR OWN CITIZENS~
More Graysons, less Micas … Keep up the good work Sir !!!!!!
You are a true example of the problems with our great nation ‘Mr.’ Grayson. Your filthy campaign ads are typical of the left’s tawdry mindset. You take comments out of context and use them to try to slander someone’s religion and beliefs. That makes you a 2 bit peice of excrement in the eyes of the Florida constituency. 2 days until you are GONE! Thanks God.
