U.S. Congress - Rep. Debbie Halvorson, (D)

Rep Halvorson needs to be voted out in 2010, in my opinion she has not represented her district’s views. If you are running against her, please feel free to contact me, I would love to help you remove this lady from DC.

Your vote today on the Cap and Trade bill highly disappoints me. You say you support small businesses and believe in small businesses, but you voted for a bill that will be the death of many small businesses in our district. This bill will raise energy costs for small businesses immensely. As a small business owner that is already struggling in the tight economy, I can’t afford any more expenses and my customer base can’t afford higher prices for my services.

When it comes time for the mid term elections I will be doing everything in my power to see you removed from Congress.

I am appalled. Tonight I participated (for lack of a better word) in a “telephone town hall” with Congresswoman Halverson. On top of not being willing to meet with her constituents face-to-face, she had the questions censored to remove any difficult ones, instead favoring questions from the uninformed, including at least two callers who thought she was a senator. When one man, Jim, with an opposing viewpoint made it past the moderator, he was hung up on only a few seconds into his question.

Any hope I may have clung to that Congresswoman Halverson may care to serve her constituents is gone.

Dear Congresswoman Halvorson,

h.r.5618 needs to be passed immediately. There are 15 million Americans who are “unemployed through no fault of their own,” and who are also frantically attempting to find new jobs that do not exist. The majority of these 15 million have a family dependent upon their income, so that increases the number to possibly 30 or even 45 million Americans who are in imminent danger of losing everything. When this happens, the financial and moral consequences for this country will be dire indeed. I’ll say it again—h.r.5618 needs to be passed immediately! Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Please withdraw your support and sponsorship of House Resolution 1454 until it has been corrected showing that the ribbon is PURPLE and that any mention of The Chiari Center Foundation has been removed.

We don’t really want the entire bill defeated… we need the bill modified for… the color of the ribbon and the removal of any mention of TCCF. The Chiari Center Foundation has shown time and time again they are only on the Chiari scene to make money. As a Chiari patient I really would love for this bill to pass but myself and many others want to be sure you know part of the write up is false.
The color of the Chiari ribbon is purple, has been for over 20 years. TCCF only want the teal color with the ribbon used so that they will have free advertisement in order to make even more money of people like me.

I was personally used and lied to by TCCF, They scammed us. Please do not allow them to scam the country. Chiarian’s need this bill, please help us make sure it is done properly
