On June 12, 2008 Lindsey Graham was featured on the homepage of OpenCongress:
After the Supreme Court 5-4 ruling in favor of giving suspected terrorists held by the U.S. at Guantanamo Bay the right to have their case heard by a federal court, Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said he would do everything in his power to reverse the decision. "If necessary," Graham said, he would push for a constitutional amendment to reverse the decision. “The American people are going to wake up tomorrow and be shocked to hear that a member of Al Qaeda has the same constitutional rights as an American citizen,” said Graham.
