Featured Members of Congress
On June 12, 2008 Lindsey Graham was featured on the homepage of OpenCongress:

"If necessary," Graham said, he would push for a constitutional amendment to reverse the decision. “The American people are going to wake up tomorrow and be shocked to hear that a member of Al Qaeda has the same constitutional rights as an American citizen,” said Graham.
