On June 14, 2008 Marsha Blackburn was featured on the homepage of OpenCongress:
CREW recently filed a complaint against Marsha Blackburn's (R-TN) campaign committee and treasurer alleging that they failed to report some contributions and expenditures. Some of the allegedly unreported contributions may have came from imprisoned former Rep. Duke Cunningham. “Given the Blackburn campaign committee’s longstanding pattern of filing inaccurate FEC reports and the large amounts of money involved, the FEC should step in, investigate the committee and sanction it appropriately,” CREWS's executive director said in a statement.
