Watchdog groups call for independent redistricting commissions in Oregon
Interestingly, Rep. Earl Blumenauer, D-Ore., has also weighed in on redistricting. Last week, he introduced legislation calling for a national redistricting commission that would produce congressional districts using non-partisan criteria.
