On November 24, 2008 John Dingell was featured on the homepage of OpenCongress:
John Dingell (D-MI) was ousted from his chairmanship of the Ousted Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman last week, but it's possible that he may take over the gavel at the Health Subcommittee. Dingell's supporters in the House are encouraging Dingell to try for the chairmanship considering that heathcare has been one of his key issues over the years. Rep. Frank Pallone (D-NJ), who voted against Dingell for the full committee chairmanship, currently chairs the subcommittee.
