Gestapo and legalization? Farr just returned from a trip to Columbia on February 1st with Peace Corps 'Friends of Columbia.' The news picked up the FARC and land issues. After the trip everyone seemed to be related to drug smuggling. Farr has tired to pass legislation for the legalization of marajauna in California and other states. He now has problems with ICE doing their jobs. It's amazing they do anything at all without policticians backing them up. I suppose this is the original excuse for not prosecuting companies that hire illegals.
Farr does not seem to be a friend of the drug war, citing the expense. He doesn't seem to be a friend of the illegal immigrants, who aren't protected by ICE doing their jobs. He seems to be a friend of the hostages taken by the FARC. A Peace Corps Volunteer was one of the original hostages. The compromises seem to be the drug war and the illegal immigration protection issue.
After Farr's trip to Columbia and work with the FARC on the hostages, Bolivia investigated Peace Coprs Volunteers for spying. During their intelligence investigation of the PCVs, one came out and explained briefings that were mistakenly issued to some PCVs. He was not tried for espionage and did not have to serve the 30 years, but he, along with the Country Director, did admit to the briefings, confirming the information provided by the PCV to the Bolivian intelligence investigation. The embassy employee was asked to leave as an undesireable person. Morales cancelled his trip to the us and will be sending the Presidential Minister to the US to meet with Congressmen rearding the Bolivian intelligence investigation and the PCVs and staff involved in working with them.
The Bolivians are actually on the verge of civil war with Morales giving land to the natives and the rich departments wanting to leave. The Bolvian intelligence investigation of the Peace Corps and employees seems to have more to do with Morales and his investigations of disloyal Bolivians. He confuses things further by bringing up USAID funding, politicians who he doens't like and the new World Bank loans meant to keep the departments together under loans rather than his politics. This may be where Peace Corps fit in.
The Bolivian government just announced they would like to do more with the drug war. The history they have had with neighboring countries, land issues, the Peace Corps and USAID would indicate they have no intention of working with the US on the drug war and we can now see how Farr's Columbia trip fit in; he isn't for the drug war either and would rather trade the war out for other issues like land and hostages.
I would really like to see the Presidential Minister's schedule.

Satellites used in Home surveillance
No citizen is entirely without danger of being harmed by the U S Governments’
Space Satellite programs using high frequency energy, lasers. Similar to the
surveillance used during the Viet Nam War, these units are able to penetrate just about
anything, characterizing human bodies as they walk though their homes. There are
very few places within a home that cannot be spied upon, depending on where the
systems are directed–bathroom, kitchens, bedrooms, throughout the home, spying and
doing their dastardly thing.
Mobil ground units operating in an equivalent way are able to penetrate walls of
buildings doing surveillance and harming Citizens. Much like satellites, ground units
assault using multifrequency energies, lasers, directed by coordinators, causing
damage to joint and nerve tissue of any part of a heat generating body. Seldom, if ever,
individuals who are harmed realize what’s happening to them. Doctors will treat the
inflection as a common ailment. The suffering may go on for years without the
government ever stopping it, in some cases causing death.
Fortunately, the incoming satellite and ground energies can be detected and
identified, by using an effective barrier partitions. It's a trail and error in most cases, a
matter of using barriers, checking to see if the pain continues. The End
Hello, I am just a concerned monterey resident who works in big sur, My girlfriend and I were channel surfing and we passed a local channel, I believe 26 or 24, I am not sure, anyhow there was people torturing pigs, cows, birds, and mokeys, disturbing can't even begin to describe this, I was sickened and have had nightmares ever since. I am getting involved with acting so I can do my part to rid our society of corruption and torture of animals or abuse of public lands, anything that I can do to help in what ever cause is fighting this terrible thing. One why do you allow this to be viewed? Two who is responsible for the prosecution of these violent people, and what laws are in place to protect these animals rights, aren't there any humain methods for uthinizing farm animals? Are you active in finding these people and bringing them to justice? I am a bad speller, and may be out of line, but wow, that really affected me. I am in the movie, Redline as the character Larry, at blockbuster. If all goes well you can count on me to help preserve our countries national parks and historical landmarks. Thank you and sorry for interrupting your important work with my little concerns. Joshua
Big sur is not good.
Sam Farr supported the genocidal bombing of Kosovo and is a sponsor of the Civilian Reconstruction Act, an attempt to do to Iraq's economy and culture, what USAID/CIA has done to Haiti, now considered an economic basketcase of such proportions the Bolivia Nicaragua and Venezuela had to put togeter a $100 million dollar food aid package to keep Hatians from starving.
But that reconstruction bill strokes his construction industry friends where it feels good.
Do NOT be fooled Sam Farr IS NOT anti-war, he back-door funds every bit of global mayhem he can.
