On May 27th, the Twitter account belonging to Rep. Anthony Weiner [D, NY-9] sent out a graphic image of a man's crotch, including a message directing the image to a female college student. Weiner has repeatedly stated that his Twitter account was hacked and that he did not send the picture. But he has also said that he can't say for sure that the image is not of him.
