On November 06, 2007 Adrian Smith was featured on the homepage of OpenCongress:
In an apparent attempt to fend off critics in the blogosphere, freshman Rep. Adrian Smith (R-NE) has begun blocking any incoming links to his website from the .blogspot domain. Lisa Hannah of the SmithWatch blog noticed last week that every time she tried to click through her site to Smith's official (tax-payer financed) site, she got a 404 error. A Blogger.com technician looked into the problem for Hannah and concluded that Smith is "blocking requests when it comes from bloggers."
