Florida's 21st congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of Florida. Based in South Florida, the district is located in Miami-Dade County and includes many of the western suburbs of Miami such as Hialeah, Olympia Heights, and Cutler. With a Cook Partisan Voting Index of R+5, it is the most conservative district in South Florida. The district is currently represented by Republican Mario Diaz-Balart, who won election in 2010 to the open seat vacated by his older brother Lincoln Diaz-Balart. (More from Freebase)
