The 18th Congressional District of New York is a congressional district for the United States House of Representatives in the northern suburbs of New York City. It includes most of Westchester County and part of Rockland County. It includes Larchmont, Mamaroneck, New Rochelle, Ossining, the Town of Pelham, Scarsdale, Tarrytown, White Plains as well as most of New City and Yonkers. It is currently represented by Democrat Nita Lowey. As part of redistricting after the 2010 census, NY-18 incumbent Nita Lowey is running in the redrawn NY-17 district. NY-19 incumbent Nan Hayworth is running in the new NY-18 district against former West Wing Senior Advisor to President Bill Clinton Democrat Sean Patrick Maloney.
