The 24th Congressional District of New York includes all or parts of Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Oneida, Ontario, Otsego, Seneca, Tioga and Tompkins counties. This district is currently represented by Republican Richard L. Hanna. 2003–present: 1993-2003: 1983-1993: 1973-1983: 1971-1973: 1945-1971: 1919-1945: 1913-1919: In 2008, Michael Arcuri won the election with 130,799 votes (9,454 from Working Families Party line) to Richard L.
