Pennsylvania's 19th congressional district includes all of Adams and York Counties, and parts of Cumberland County. Republican Todd Russell Platts has represented the district since 2001. This district number will become obsolete for the 113th Congress in 2013 as congressional district lines get redrawn to accommodate the loss of the seat due to redistricting as a result of the 2010 Census. However, most of the current 19th district will remain intact and will be renumbered as the 4th district. (More from Freebase)
