People whose jobs were sent overseas, have now used up their benefits, and now have no income and having a tough time finding a job of any kind. These older, in between jobs and other hindrences, not eligible for stamps, etc, need this bill passed. They cannot pay bills or buy food, and have major health issues. PASS THE BILL.
