- brewclan : Fedex stop your you lies! There is nothing in this bill that will make you'r employees unionize! You know that they still would have to vote to go union just not on a national vote but by station.Why is it that fedex is so up set about this? Because they dont want to play on a level field with all other companies they like there loop hole the loop hole that got put in the last bill at last moment.Why don't try telling the truth for once?

S.752 - Fair Elections Now Act
- mkail666 : This entire system of "public funding" is optional. None of the candidates have to participate. However, if the candidates decided to participate the provisions are such that only major party candidates could have a chance of receiving matching funds. Even if a minor candidate was able to qualify, this bill does not guarantee him or her a right to debate the major candidates.
