They still have 37 days to bring this to the floor for a vote. But perhaps the CEO bailout bill will pay for enough vacation homes that a war with Iran won't need to be provoked this year. I can just imagine the reaction if this were a piece of Iranian legislation that enacted a "statement of policy" that the Iranian naval forces prohibit the export to the US of all refined petroleum products.
