I encourage to you vote no on HR45. This bill will only punish law abiding citizens. If this passes I will refuse to register any of my firearms, it is nobodys business what I have. This bill makes absolutely no sense whatsoever! If you vote yes on this bill, I’ll see to it that everyone I know who owns a firearm in my state knows how you voted and as a block we will all vote no on you during the next election. If you vote yes, don’t get too comfy in that Senate seat! This comes up for a vote on September 8th and it is so poorly written that it has no co-sponsors. Don’t make the mistake of being on the wrong side on this one.

The supporters of illegal immigration and AMNESTY are supporting this sneak attack on free speech to try and prevent debate before they try to push Amnesty again soon.

Hopefully we get two new Senators before the existing ones accomplish their task of destroying the USA. Their votes on the great pork/nationalization/communism bill goes a long ways to this destruction of the USA.

Senator I sincerely hope your intentions are not to remain ignorant while your buttocks sits in that honorable Senates Chair. Bill H.R.45 will split the fabic of this great Country into a Civil War should it come to pass. Your vote as well as the ignorance of the Senator that brought the bill forward and is sponsoring it, is beyond Americans belief. I do not know you nor have I read anything about you but, I can state with out a doubt your next attempt at being a Senator will fail. You will be remembered as a defeatest of American Freedom and Rights. WE THE PEOPLE OF COLORADO will rally against you at the next election in such a voice that no one could hear over to listen to your rattling garbage that you represented us welll in Senate should you help vote this bill in favor there of.

The silent majority is about to become very vocal when it comes to HR45. The rights of Americans are being taken away slow but sure by academic ideologues that try force equality in America rather than the intended “equal opportunity”. If Illinois has a gun problem, maybe it’s time their corrupt system starts doing for the people of the state, instead self enrichment. I’m keeping my guns and I’m not registering them! Vote no on HR45 or I vote no next election!

I need your help to END the use of two poisons that seriously threaten people, pets and our wildlife.

In 2006, sodium cyanide and sodium fluoroacetate (commonly called Compound 1080) killed an average of 1.6 animals every hour. These poisons are considered to be some of the deadliest toxins known to humanity. Yet, Wildlife Services, a division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), uses these two poisons to kill coyotes and other predators.

Will you help me end the use (and misuse) of these two poisons by urging the Environmental Protection Agency to eliminate sodium cyanide and sodium fluoroacetate?

These poisons don’t just threaten their intended targets. They often times poison any threatened or endangered species,
people or domestic pets that happen to come into contact with them.

Sodium cyanide is used in M-44s, which kill more than 10,000 animals each year, including domesticated dogs and a whole host of other “non-target” species, such as rare kit foxes, ringtails [http://en.wikipediaorg/wiki/Ring-tailed_Cat], javelinas [http://www.azgfd.gov/w_c/urban_javelina.shtml], and swift foxes.

M-44s have also killed California condors and wolves.

Compound 1080 can be deployed in poison collars placed on sheep and goats. It is highly toxic to birds and mammals and has been used to illegally kill wolves. Carcasses with Compound 1080 must be handled as hazardous waste. If ingested, they can kill wolves and other animals. Compound 1080 is classified as a chemical weapon in several countries.

The continued availability of these poisons, pose a great threat to people, pets and even homeland security.
Government reports have concluded that Wildlife Services has been “unable to account for stockpiles of the toxins”, which leaves the hazardous materials vulnerable to undetected theft and certainly unauthorized use.

There are effective alternatives to these poisons, including a wide range of proactive, nonlethal methods such as fencing, guard animals, fladry lines, non-lethal ammunition and improved animal husbandry. For the safety of our people, our pets and our wildlife, will you take a few moments to help end the use of sodium cyanide and Compound 1080?
