I am writing as your constituent in the 7th Congressional district of Massachusetts. I support S.J.Res.29 - A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relating to contributions and expenditures intended to affect elections., and am tracking it using OpenCongress.org, the free public resource website for government transparency and accountability.

This constitutional amendment would overturn the Supreme Court's 2010 Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission and 1976 Buckley v. Valeo rulings by asserting that Congress and state legislatures have authority to regulate the raising and spending of money for elections. </content>
