Sam Farr supported the genocidal bombing of Kosovo and is a sponsor of the Civilian Reconstruction Act, an attempt to do to Iraq's economy and culture, what USAID/CIA has done to Haiti, now considered an economic basketcase of such proportions the Bolivia Nicaragua and Venezuela had to put togeter a $100 million dollar food aid package to keep Hatians from starving. But that reconstruction bill strokes his construction industry friends where it feels good. Do NOT be fooled Sam Farr IS NOT anti-war, he back-door funds every bit of global mayhem he can.
