I applaud Senator Franken's effort to help wounded veterans by matching them with trained service dogs.

Didn't vote for him. But I think the bill he introduced for the trained dogs is a good one.

Minnesota has finest state election systems, election judges from repub & democratic parties correctly called Senator Franken the rightful winner. Minnesota population highly educated, top of the list of education quality. Senator Franken top-notch! Excellent legislation women's right to seek justice in court for contractor rape. (30 repubs voted no.)Great questioning skills in congressional hearings.
He was instrumental in providing head protection equipment when soldiers sent to Iraq with inadequate head gear. He has great heart, and I don't need to write to tell him how to vote, because he knows what is right to do for the people. He's not bought by corps, banksters.

Lawyer gate with Rove/Bush: lawyers fired for not prosecuting ACORN. They didn't prosecute because there was no evidence of wrongdoing. Repubs want ACORN shut down because they don't want poor to vote.

Go flip burgers. I don't care if you send in 300 resumes that go unanswered - get your dang hands dirty for once. I don't find it an insult to take a job making tacos while I am looking for steady work - I have done it before and I will do it again.

I was raised knowing that I need to work hard for the things that I need (not want) - that sometimes to make ends meet, I will have to pick up dog doo in the back yard...

I am so fed up with all of the "I am better than that" attitudes around here...are you above taking care of yourself and your family?

Before I get to the reason for my message to you - Thank You for your support for LIFE. As a Board Member of a local pro-life organization, let me assure you that your committment to the protection of life from conception until natural death is very much appreciated!
Now, the reason for my message - please vote against H.R.45! This bill would begin the slippery slope of taking away our Second Ammendment rights. As a lifelong outdoors man and hunter, I am extremely sensitive about government over regulation of our rights to purchase, own, or sell a legal firearm.
If we enact laws such as this, it won't be long before only criminals will have guns - they will be the only one's with blackmarket access to guns and ammunition.
