- MARTHA105 : I am also praying that this bill gets passed. I have a friend in prison convicted of conspiracy serving 3 years. He is a non-violent man and does not deserve to be in prison for this crime. He is very much missed by family and friends. Martha - New Jersey

My brother, who got mixed up with the wrong crowd, was arrested in 2003 and is serving a 10 year sentence. He has turned his life over to God and his heart desires to do right. His family and society would benefit from this.

S.1060 Second Chance Act of 2007
- Anonymous : Please just pass this law, there are way to many non violent criminals as well as innocent people in our prison system that need to be back with their families. Most white collar crimes get longer sentences than drug offender or rapists this is unjust. Just pass the law soon!!
