What part of "shall not be infringed" do Bobby Rush and the 16 co-sponsors not understand?

It is the responsibility of parents (consumers), retailers, and the toy industry - not government, to ensure the safety of childrens toys. Harm done to children by poorly designed toys is already covered under laws against negligence. Who better, for example, to monitor the safety of Chinese toys than the manufacturers of competing toys from other nations?

613 pages of Unconstitutional bloated spending. It's safe to say that not one legislator has read the bill and understands the full ramifications of it's passage.

This bill expresses the noble goal of increasing global Internet freedom through increasing federal bureaucracy, oversight, and reporting for US businesses. The penalties suggested are large enough to be burdensome for the smallest of Internet providers, while small enough that most large corporations could readily ignore them. Individuals in the US have a vast array of free software available to help people in restrictive nations bypass such controls, as such this bill would do nothing more effectively than concerned individuals are already able to do.

When a person begins shooting in a gun-free zone, the reaction of the public is to call people with guns to come save them. Unfortunately, when seconds count, the police are just minutes away. In this nation the right of individuals to bear arms for their defense and security is enumerated in the Bill of Rights and this it shall not be infringed. Since the Gun-free School Zones act is unconstitutional, it is only fitting that it should be repealed.
