The first bill should enhance America's energy independence by having the big 3 use the public funds to create jobs, how - start a vehilce recycling program of Rv's - trucks / big cars that get less then 20mpv. Start with 97 - 87 two for one exchange at cost of a new 2008 with o% loan; then 87 - 77 is a 3 for one... This removes old gas hogs and cleans the air. The money saved from not buying oil from oversea's could then help infrastructure. Again the same could be done - helping every Business/Home ower put reel green energy projects geo/wind and solar - the power co. could then just work on the new grid - useing every home/business evergy system as little powerplants. This provided tax relief, helps preserve and improve affordable health care, and protects those in greatest need, expand educational opportunities, and for other purposes. This helps restore economic growth, and strengthen America's middle class through measures that modernize the nation's

How can you give freedom - when it's not yours to give - the founding fathers paid and give us our freedom. Bush as others have now set the stage to become our new king on the hill - Berry Goldwater words now is to late to sound the alerts, few have voiced at the start and most will never know the cost that was paid in their crys to awalken the drug by lies... as they watch their tv's - dear uncle sam is hard at work stealing their future.

Your right about congress - but we all share that - the people need to learn that that constitution has a cost - the cost is not just yours - the children that have yet to see the world shall pay the most!

You do not understand the main point - this men will most liking never see the bars that they don't think twice to put around you - The point is to remove the powers that bush has put into play - when your kids steals a new toy - do you wait for that child to stop playing with it to return it - if you did - could you say that it was unharmed from that playing... If you have this kind of mind - than this world is lost - No a good father would take that toy and stap the boys ass and explain to this child that you can not step on others just becouse... the differnce is if your the people rule that it was a crime - then the next man in line will think about it - if you do nothing - the next man now has the toy and could then play hard ball.

Something needs to be done - a poor man has no chance, to get funds he needs to talk to others - other sign a nda , but go to a thrid party business - poor boy is still poor and that's the crime. The system needs to let the patent search start at no cost - a sm free to file with a full chrange paid over a term like a home. A system like this would help remove infringement - no needed for a inventer to talk with others to find capital to file - with a pre-search done - a law firm would then have a lower cost to handle the filing work and the inventer would be able to find the seedcap needed whit less problems. The benefit of this is more jobs and new business's on the tax roll faster. With more business playing fair - the people trust of Gov. could be restored.
