i got hurt on the job in june of 1994. to this date i am still having to fight compensation to get my settlement. west virginia has sold out workers compensation to brick street insurance, well now brick street has sold out to Sedgwick CMS insurance. i know i am being tossed around to prolong my case. anyone who has ever been hurt knows that compensation doctors are bought off so they are not going to help you get your percentage to get your comp. also it is hard to find an attorney to help you receive your comp. i ve written to my state senator and a couple representives and a congressman well guess what? they will not help either. i am right at the end of my rope and it s about to break if i don t get some kind of help. please if you can help let me know at walked_on2002@yahoo.com.

i think this bill ( h.r.1593)should be passed because it help offenders be more mindful of what they do, as far as illegal goes. besides i know of a person who is serving time that does not deserve to be where he is. this man has not even had so much as a parking ticket in his life. he did not have a fair trial, because he was state represented and he did not even stand up to help his client. this man is in a very over populated prison, where he should have never evr been to start. i pray the congress will pass this law for the honest people who got done wrong to start. please vote yes to this bill.
